We walk your property with you to see the space through your eyes. Your sales professional asks questions, listens carefully, and takes notes and photos to capture your vision. From there, you’ll receive the cost of your design investment based on the scope of your project.

Once your design investment is confirmed, your dedicated designer visits your property to measure, verify details, and prepare for your upcoming design review. This step solidifies the partnership, ensuring that every detail is intentional and nothing gets overlooked.

Your design comes to life in two stages. First, a 2D plan with inspiration photos and material options sets the foundation. Then, a refined 3D version lets you experience your future space as if you were standing in it. Two revisions are included, so the design feels right for both your lifestyle now and your needs in the future.

After revisions, you receive your full proposal, complete with smart phasing options if needed. Once you approve, you’ll receive your agreement and design package. A deposit secures your spot on the schedule, typically one to three months out, giving you peace of mind that your project is moving forward.

We begin the behind-the-scenes work: ordering materials, scheduling crews, and preparing the site plan. You’ll meet with both your sales professional and project manager for a kickoff meeting, so you know exactly who is guiding your project and what to expect.

Construction begins, and your project manager updates you at least once a week. You’ll know what has been completed, what’s happening next, and how the schedule is progressing. Payments are tied to milestones, so you’re always clear on where things stand.

When your project is complete, your project manager and sales professional walk the property with you to confirm every detail. You’ll see the finished results, share any final feedback, and receive your warranties. This is where your vision becomes reality.

Your relationship doesn’t end when the build is done. You have the option of continuing with our exclusive maintenance program, available only to design-build clients. This includes a complimentary fertilization service, quarterly property reviews, and an extended three-year plant warranty with qualified maintenance. It’s how we protect your investment and keep your space looking its best year after year.
