We are a legacy company of outdoor design, build, and consulting professionals with more than 30 years of experience transforming Southeast Texas with innovative, sustainable, and remarkable outdoor spaces.

We design landscaping that unifies home with garden, pool with patio, entryway with outdoor kitchen, and more – all executed with the utmost respect for timelines, client communication, and professional customer service. Plus, we are committed to providing only the best plants, trees and soil, which we cultivate and grow in our very own private nursery to ensure quality.

Our History

Our company has its roots dating back to 1974 when Jay and Gwen Irving, our founders, started maintaining and installing landscapes in Dallas, Texas. Jay then learned the art and technique of tree transplanting and would travel to ranches west of Dallas, to dig trees by hand and haul back to the big city to install at high rise office buildings and in the Highland Park Area. In 1980 they moved back to Beaumont, Texas and opened a tractor dealership with their family. Landscaping was something they always found their way back to because of the passion they had for the industry. Jay and Gwen committed to Jay’s Landscape in 1993. It was from there that they built along with their family and team the solid foundation that we have today. Acquiring years of education and experience leading and helping our team to continually grow and improve. From this foundation we strive to bring the best solutions to our customers’ landscapes and stand behind them.
